As I recall the silver roof livery appeared about the time of the jubilee (77)
along with the 2 locos with bodyside union jacks. It would have been very rare
for 37s on these duties except for failures, they tended to be used on the
Kings Lynn services along with 31s.

There were 2 workings via Ipswich, Bury St Edmonds and Cambridge from Liverpool
Street (1 each way) which were diagrammed 37 turns.

All Anglia hauled stock was Mk1 until about 77 when air braked Mk2 stock was
introduced on the Norwich services.

As previously stated, most of the 47s were Stratford based, the 37s generally
being Stratford or March engines.
